As an LPC, I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am currently pursuing a PhD in Social Psychology. I use a unique blend of therapy models in my practice, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), the Gottman Method, and sex therapy as a Certified Sex Therapy Informed Professional (CSTIP).
