Parenting has lots of ups & downs and moments of uncertainty. Needless to say, it can get overwhelming. But there's no need to navigate these challenging times alone. I proudly serve parents & children who are struggling with big emotions & behaviors, developmental transitions, and/or child/adult mental health issues.
I strive to create a therapeutic atmosphere where individuals feel seen & heard. Through child-centered therapy, I can begin to communicate with your child and help guide them as s/he/they make sense of their feelings and behaviors.
But parents & caregivers need support, too!
Parent sessions are a time to focus on you & your experiences without judgment (and without kiddos). These sessions are flexible and can be a place for you to decompress, to ask Qs or explore parenting styles & strategies. I'm happy to meet in person or virtually.
