Welcome, I am so glad you are here. My name is Elisabeth and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Colorado. I offer a very strengths-based, client centered approach to therapy and would be honored to be a part of your journey. My clinical experiences brought me to an inpatient psychiatric unit in Chicago, a fellowship in Psycho-Social Rehabilitation and Recovery at the VA in Little Rock, and to Denver as an integrated behavioral health clinician in a primary care clinic. The majority of my clinical work is based on brief, short-term, solution focused therapy where I implement pieces of Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, mindfulness, reflective listening, and goal-oriented therapeutic strategies in my sessions. I have experience working with behavioral changes, trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and periods of adjustments. I hope that together we can create a space for growth and transformation, and I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.
