I have over a decade of experience in the field and hold a Master of Social Work degree from Yeshiva University. Before focusing on clinical practice, I was a Senior Social Worker at Columbia University Medical Center and Blythedale Children’s Hospital. I have extensive experience and training in addressing the needs of adolescents and adults diagnosed with Anxiety, Depression, ADHD, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I am genuinely passionate about my work. I extend empathy to my clients, focusing on them as individuals with strengths and potential instead of defining them by their symptoms. I also prioritize cultivating a trusting and collaborative relationship. I draw from various therapeutic modalities, including ACT, CBT, person-centered therapy, and ERP, to tailor the therapeutic process to meet each individual's needs and treatment goals. I aim to help clients experience therapy's transformative potential. In each session, we will work towards gaining increased awareness and insight and learning tools to foster their personal growth and emotional well-being.
