Elizabeth Levin
Coming from a multi-generational family that immigrated from the former Soviet Union, Dr. Levin is familiar with the various transitions that individuals may face in their life span. She helps her clients work toward creating a healthy pattern of behaviors that allow them to reach their goals. Following the completion of her degree, she pursued a specialty in eating disorders at The Renfrew Center of South Florida, where she stayed as a primary therapist. Dr. Levin believes that an integrative approach to therapy allows for more personalized treatment, and has training in a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Exposure Therapy for Anxiety Disorders, Schema Therapy, and Dialectic Behavior Therapy. I help my clients, including adolescents, adults, and families, to work toward creating a healthy pattern of behaviors that allow them to reach their goals. My therapeutic approach focuses on building confidence, reducing anxiety and depression, and exploring opportunities for growth. Therapy is a nonjudgmental space that is created for each person’s individual needs
