My aim as a psychotherapist is to help people identify and change troubling behaviors, thoughts and emotions. Throughout the years, I have helped clients develop healthier and effective habits by using scientifically validated techniques. I use a practical approach to treatment in order to help clients develop effective coping skills. I am also a qualified clinical supervisor for Mental Health counselors and Marriage and Family therapists in the state of Florida. I have worked in my own private practice for over ten years. Making my clients feel comfortable and safe in the therapeutic process is my main goal as a therapist.
