Do you notice that you get tired easily and lack of energy without medical reasons? Do you feel sad, hopeless, worthless, and empty? Do you have sleep disturbance, either insomnia or sleeping too much? Do you experience frequent anxiety, agitation, and/or restlessness? Do you sometimes react adversely to a trigger that reminds you of past traumatic experiences, either consciously or unconsciously? I believe that your motivation is key to success and that all motivation must start with a destination, chosen by you. I see myself just as a facilitator, guiding you toward that destination. In our sessions, I encourage you to identify your strengths. By recognizing your strengths, you will be able to maximize them and use them to overcome your obstacles. I often ask clients questions to stimulate their self-awareness. Many clients have told me that my questions really help them work through many of their obstacles. Whatever challenges you are facing, I want to offer you a safe, non-judgmental, and confidential environment. My approach includes cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and rational-emotive therapy. I often incorporate mindfulness, insight-oriented approaches, and storytelling in my sessions, depending on an individual’s uniqueness. Life’s journey can be a challenge. I am here to support and empower you on this journey. I also speak Mandarin Chinese and Taiwanese in addition to English.
