I have broken down the each part emphatically by adding the STOP and THINK TECHNIQUE to question your thoughts, disprove the lies that cause confusion, disqualify opinions and avoid assumptions, all seeded by your thoughts. While striving to find a solution, and in it's absence a path toward acceptance. The longest path in life is from Denial to Acceptance while Resistance being it's culprit. Once you have discovered this Formula all will make sense and confusion will no longer exist.

Also serve as a Biblical Counselor, have mentored and discipled many while advocating for children and families with special needs in varied cultural backgrounds.
