I am Evonne Jenkins, a licensed therapist and owner of Mended Counseling. Life gets hard and confusing sometimes. Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced trauma, divorce, stress and other struggles in my life. I thought I would never overcome some of my struggles at one time or another. These situations led me to a career as a therapist and my personal work with an Internal Family Systems therapist. I believe in therapy and knowing my own internal system. Life can be better!!! You can heal. I approach therapy from the lens of Internal Family Systems lens. We will explore the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to help you understand yourself and your different perspectives. In session with me you can expect to take a deeper look inside and improve the relationship with yourself.
