Felicia Mask
Felicia Mask is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. She holds a Baccalaureate degree (BA) in Psychology from the University of Houston, and a Master’s degree (MA) in Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake. Felicia has successfully met the professional counseling standards established by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors. Her formal education and professional experience have prepared her to provide counseling for individuals, couples, families, and groups. Felicia approaches counseling holistically utilizing person centered, mindfulness practices, and cognitive behavior therapy methods. This holistic approach considers the entire person (mind, body, and spirit) to create long-lasting positive changes quickly and efficiently. Her work has allowed her the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele in various life stages. Felicia works with clients regarding a wide range of concerns including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, challenges related to adoption, domestic/family violence, anger management, self-esteem, post-traumatic stress disorder, borderline personality disorder, and symptoms associated with trauma and abuse. She has also facilitated groups regarding goal setting, study skills, student motivation and achievement, self-control, and process groups. Through these groups, clients grow and discover their personal strengths and valuable life skills.
