Hi! I'm Femina Patel, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I believe that the best way to empower individuals is through counseling. I specialize in providing counseling services to individuals and families.

While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in your life. By applying complementary therapy approaches and techniques, we will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back from experiencing a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I have much experience in helping individuals improve their mental health. I have worked within many community mental health agency settings and am familiar with clients that have a range of diagnoses from anxiety/depression to SPMI(Serious and persistent mental illness).

I believe in creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients to share their thoughts and feelings so they can discover their strengths and learn the skills necessary to overcome their challenges. With my help, you can achieve the mental and emotional well-being you need to reach your goals and lead a happy and fulfilling life.

If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
