I employ Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and related interventions to help build understanding of how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. We will focus on helping you restore life balance and daily functioning. We will work collaboratively with specific tools and techniques to help mitigate a healthy counseling outcome.
