The focus is finding a balance with one’s mind, body and spirit to alleviate symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, care-giving, trauma, physical manifestations and changes in moods which often stems from holding thoughts in. Healing modalities are deeply rooted person-centered, talk-therapy approach incorporating mindfulness and holistic remedies. Reaching out can be intimidating, especially when scrolling through a list of strangers and trying to choose who you think might be a good fit to be open and vulnerable with. It is a big decision.
