I am a very compassionate and warm therapist, and counseling is my passion and vocation. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and during my career I have worked with clients with a wide range of issues and difficulties. I have treated children, adolescents, adults & seniors in Spanish and English as well. I provide my patients with compassionate and care based on my vast clinical experiences and knowledge. My approach is by helping individuals & families achieve their personal & emotional goals at their own comfortable pace. I understand that each individual is unique & I tailor each patient to their personal situation, with consideration of cultural & other impacting factors. I enjoy helping clients work through various issues including stress, anxiety, depression, adjustment to life changes and marital issues using a holistic, system theory, CBT, and Solution Focused approach. My goal for the clients is to have a change in their lives and leave my sessions feeling heard and comfortable. I want to them to have a safe environment where they hopefully feel that I understand their unique issues, and be able to improve themselves.
