I have been providing psychotherapy to individuals for 9 years now. I am an older woman and have the perspective that often comes with age. I enjoy working with adults of all ages. Some of my professional experience has come from working as a psychiatric crisis clinician for a couple of years. I worked at a behavioral health non-profit in Springfield, MA. My clients were mostly financially struggling and along with having therapy sessions. we worked on the issues surrounding poverty. I come from a Psychosynthesis background. I am humanistic, client-centered, flexible, and creative. The ability to make well-thought out decisions. Having new ways of seeing things through reframing. Knowing ways to regulate their emotions.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
