There’s no perfect person in this world so everyone needs some kind of help in their life to achieve their dreams and break free from what's been holding them back. Therefore, I intend that with kindness and compassion I will help you solve life stressors by giving you the key to fulfill your life's purpose. As a former teacher, life coach/Professional Behavioral therapist I have acquired knowledge in the areas of stress reduction, mindfulness, healthy management skills and interpersonal relationship skills will guide you through life to achieve your goals. Allow me to teach you some lifelong skills in order to follow the mission of preparing children as well as adults for career and life ready. Also, by bringing my knowledge of social and multicultural skills I believe will reinforced the families and the children in the community to live with an understanding of good morals values and fulfilling life.
