I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor. I offer individual and couple therapy sessions with a compassionate, holistic approach. I obtained my Masters Degree from Rutgers University and have worked for over 8 years providing therapy to various populations with diverse treatment needs including people struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship/marriage problems, acute mental health, crisis, and trauma. I am experienced in several different treatment modalities and like to use a holistic person centered approach for an individualized experience. Building on existing strengths to establish healthy communication, wellness, and self care. We select a treatment that fits your needs and look to build insight into symptoms and needs towards personal growth. My clients typically find sessions to be uplifting and motivating towards change and feeling better. We work on making sure you are comfortable and I provide guidance and education as needed along the way to build trust in our therapeutic relationship.
