I am a licensed mental health counselor in NY and FLA working in the field for 8 years in various different roles. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults. I have worked in group practices to hospital settings helping clients suffering from anxiety, depression, relationship issues, impulsivity, and more.

I use a cognitive behavioral approach to therapy helping clients understand their thoughts and develop ways that they can change their negative thought process to more positive thoughts to better their overall well being.

In our first session, we will get to know one another better and decide what goals are important to work towards making the positive life changes that help you become the best version of yourself.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
