I integrate positive self-talk, achievable goals, and self-care to help manage life stressors. Whether you are dealing with depression and anxiety or something more complex such as trauma, I am here to support you in your journey. Not ready to be the boss of your treatment, that’s cool too, I can help you to learn how to be your own advocate. Together we can work on ways to increase your motivation and help to find more positivity in your day. We can work on identifying healthy coping skills, identifying emotions and how they can play a role either positive or negative in your behaviors/actions. I can help you to shift your focus and hopefully find more balance in your life. Therapy can seem intimidating, but I can help you to feel at ease and comfortable. You need a place where you can be YOU without fear of being judged. I’ll be authentic and non-bias in my approach in an effort to help you work towards your goals.
