In our work together, I’ll provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore the unique symptoms and challenges you face. We will also work on recognizing and understanding the physical sensations that often accompany emotions. My goal is to support you in understanding these experiences and to empower you with tools that help you manage them in your daily life. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, but it’s always tailored to meet your individual needs. I take a client-centered, trauma-informed approach, which means that I’ll meet you where you are and work with you to identify what’s most helpful for you. Whether that’s using strategies for grounding, emotional regulation, or working through trauma memories, we’ll find the best methods that suit you and your goals. During our first session, we’ll focus entirely on you—getting to know your story, your needs, and your goals.
