I have been a licensed therapist in the state of Florida for 13 years, and a student of life for 44 years. My approach is holistic and integrative. I blend my years of experience and training, evidence-based techniques and alternative practices, with your years of experience as the expert of you, and together we co-create your healing process. My passion is walking alongside my fellow humans and helping them rediscover their magic; helping them find their way from surviving to thriving. We do this by resolving traumas, changing unhealthy patterns, releasing false belief systems, learning to practice self-compassion and new self-care skills, and becoming the person you want to be instead of who you have been told you should be.
