I am trained in Trauma-Focused CBT, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I have served clients through psychiatric hospitals, with transcranial magnetic stimulation, university counseling, a clinical outpatient fellowship, and in-person and telehealth psychotherapy I believe that connection with others is life-giving and essential to function healthily and thrive.
