As we start, we'll look at where you are in your life, particularly what may be causing distress or uncertainty, and how long you've been aware of it. We'll get as much history as necessary to understand where you've been and we'll talk about your dreams for the future. Experience has taught me that the way forward is already within you, no matter the challenge. I provide a safe, confidential space for clients to recover what they feared was lost. Our goal will always be to find what works and has meaning for you.
