Hello, I'm Jennifer. When a person comes to therapy, they want to be heard, and I believe that connection and support can be incredibly beneficial in making progress toward your goals. If you feel your past is holding you back from reaching your potential, I can help you reframe your experiences and move forward, looking to the future. I utilize Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques to support you in making the changes you want in your life. Motivational Interviewing and Positive Psychology are also tools that can be helpful in making connections and fostering growth.


I have experience in multiple areas but find working with adolescents and adults to be most rewarding. After finishing my MSW at the University of Michigan, I moved to Maine and worked for two and a half years utilizing Family Systems Therapy and helping children remain in their homes. Since moving to Ohio, I have worked in schools with school-aged children and youth, providing therapy and behavioral consultation. In this process, I have also worked with adults to help them feel more confident in supporting their children’s success. For almost fourteen years, I have found great joy in working with children and utilize play in many cases to help children find their strengths.


I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults but enjoy working with people of all ages. Whether you struggle with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or trauma, I believe I can help you work through your challenges and come out stronger on the other side. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, ensuring that you feel supported every step of the way.


Outside of my professional life, I value spending time with my family and engaging in activities that bring joy and balance to my life. I believe that a well-rounded life contributes to overall well-being, and I strive to bring that perspective into my work with clients.
