I know acknowledging you need extra support may feel scary. If you’ve found this site, I imagine that you are ready to make a change. Maybe you’ve noticed feeling more angry or irritable or your relationships seem strained. Perhaps you find yourself overthinking or struggling to manage the stress and anxiety in your daily life. Or you know it's finally time to address your negative self talk. I know life can feel incredibly difficult and you may feel isolated in your struggle. I’d be honored to walk alongside you as we collaboratively work to solve the issues that brought you to therapy and help you develop lifelong coping skills. Whatever challenges might bring you to a place of seeking support, I am willing to partner with you as you journey to seek healing and restoration. I believe change happens when people are given the support they need to draw on their own strengths and realize their potential to live fulfilling, meaningful lives.
