Over the course of my career, I have had the opportunity to work in diverse fields, including social work, international development, and human rights. But the common thread has always been my desire to help individuals live their lives to the fullest potential. I received my clinical training in hospital and community health center settings, which provided opportunities to work with diverse populations who presented with a wide range of needs. I specialize in anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and relationships. I work with adolescents, young adults, and working professionals to help them identify and replace cognitive distortions that might be harmful or holding them back. My style is warm, supportive and non-judgmental, but I will push you to take a deeper look at how your experiences have shaped your thoughts and behaviors and have held you back. Through understanding these experiences, we can gain insight into your current behaviors, identify the barriers to your success, and help you gain confidence to achieve your goals.
