I use CBT to tackle negative thoughts to improve emotional health and focus on what you can control, Mindfulness strategies, to assist with anxious thoughts and other solution-focused options. Navigating life, I've often walked in shoes where my voice faded into the background, and judgments from others felt louder than my own thoughts. The moments of "loud silence" inspired my journey into therapy. My core belief? Everyone has a voice that's worthy of being heard, cherished, and understood.
