I practice the evidenced and researched based model of Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapy which reaches beyond "what to say" and helps couples experientially make sense of the emotional patterns that interrupt their connection while also assisting with creating healthier and stronger bonds. Clients can expect a safe and non-judgmental approach to each session in which they can expect to feel heard, challenged, and take away tools to improve their emotional world and overall mental health.
