Jess Mulberry
As a therapist, my mission has been to help people come to a place where they realize that they are never too lost or never to broken to heal, to thrive, to love and be loved in return. I understand that there are neurological disorders and also times that medication is necessary, but I also strongly believe that a lot of our day to day struggles are rooted in our attachment relationships with ourselves and others along with trauma that we may or may not be aware of in our lives that has not been healed. I have been in this field working with all different populations for 20+ years. I started my journey, even before getting my masters and being licensed, working with adolescents that were in residential facilities which led to working with families in and out of the home. I have worked with all populations, those with different backgrounds and concerns, as well as children, teens, families, couples, etc. of all ages and backgrounds. I believe strongly that everyone’s journey is unique and I am very passionate about how to help you in your own journey towards healing mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. One of the areas I am very passionate about are relationships of all kinds. I want to aid in helping parents, couples, and/or children break trauma cycles and create who they want to become as well as develop healthy skills/tools that will aid them in their day to day lives. My approach is collaborative, attachment based, and solution-focused. I utilize a multi-model approach with techniques individualized to your needs. The strength it takes to make that first step in reaching out for help is amazing and I am so glad you are making it. I look forward to working with you!
