I have witnessed the powerful transformations and healing that occur through building safety in therapeutic relationships. Helping others engage more meaningfully in their lives is my passion. I often incorporate my deep understanding of acceptance and commitment therapy and attachment based practices. My therapeutic approach focuses on how to identify thoughts and functions of behaviors, and how to create valued based change to strengthen your authentic bonds and connections. My approach often includes education from a neuro-physical understanding of the brain body connection to help learn skills to calm and regulate your nervous system. I have trained in multiple treatment approaches. My practice is trauma-informed and utilizes attachment-focused therapy. I am responsive to adjusting the treatment approach I use to maximize my clients innate capacity for healing. In our initial sessions, we will explore how you most easily connect to the core of what you want to work on. Life is meant to be lived and loved. When our mental health struggles impact our ability to joyfully engage, we can all benefit from experienced support.
