I have worked with client that struggle with Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, trauma, loss, and coping with life’s daily stressors. I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques to help my clients build skills, improve self-esteem, and reduce any symptoms they are struggling with. I hope my clients can take with them skills and a mindset that they can use to tackle future stressors.
