I’m a dedicated therapist based in Texas who wants to help my clients navigate life’s challenges and I often work with clients who feel like they're having a tough time getting along with their families, partners or friends. They often feel like others might hear them, but they don't really listen to what they're trying to say. Other times, they have a hard time being vulnerable with others because those close to them have lost their trust. A lot of people feel stuck because they've tried everything in their power to resolve these types of issues themselves, so I work with my clients to help them learn to manage, communicate and resolve things in a more healthy manner. I believe that with the right support and tools anyone can develop the skills needed to cope with life’s difficulties. It’s very fulfilling for me to work with my clients and see them feel empowered, recognize their potential and live more fulfilling and balanced lives. (I speak English and Spanish)
