I can help you to overcome debilitating worry, change perfectionist thoughts, to make changes to alleviate loneliness and to overcome depression. I have extensive experience of helping adults to reclaim their lives and I am confident I can help you when you are ready to start your therapy journey. My approach is warm but direct. I view our work together as collaborative and accountable. I will create a safe space to ensure you feel comfortable to share honestly. I will always approach our work together with unconditional respect and without judgement. Once we have established a safe therapeutic alliance, with your permission I will provide guidance, and ask for feedback to tailor my approach to ensure progress. I have training and experience using a wide range of interventions, but use cognitive and behavioral approaches as my foundation. However, I can adapt my interventions to your unique support needs and preferences. From the initial treatment session I will equip you with knowledge and skills to put our work together into action. You can then take on the challenges that brought you to therapy and move closer to the life and future you deserve.
