When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my wife and 3 pups, going fishing, spending time with friends and enjoying the outdoors within Florida. I am originally from New Mexico but I have lived in various states and countries throughout my adult life. I enjoy working with diverse individuals and populations and learning more about other cultures. I look forward to supporting you within your journey and helping you to improve your mental health. I aim to provide a safe and supportive space that also allows for a decent amount of humor and rapport building. I believe that each client is unique and often requires different approaches for where they are at within their lives. The clients who enjoy working most with me appreciate solution focused, mindfulness and cognitive behavioral interventions to support them throughout their journey. As a clinician I respect and value each client’s dignity and work diligently to honor holding space with clients while working to improve and enhance their mental health. I recognize the impact of serious medical conditions and also value the rapport that I work to establish with my clients.

The care options presented consist of treatment providers that we have assessed to be quality providers across a range of services for mental health, substance use, relationships, and other well-being needs. We aim to include only high quality providers and multiple viable options for those seeking care.

Do participating providers pay us?

To make our site free for consumers, providers on Psych Hub pay fees to connect with potential clients who are a fit for their services. Some also purchase Psych Hub's educational content for practitioner training and client support. These fees enable us to operate our service, including screening and updating information on each provider.

How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time). We present providers whose capabilities, insurance coverage, availability and other attributes best match your stated needs. If many providers appear to equally meet your needs, we display a selection of them at random. Our decision on which participating providers to display is never impacted by the amount of fees we receive from them.

What is the relationship between Psych Hub and these providers?

The providers listed on our site are all independent entities from Psych Hub. We have a contractual relationship with each provider that governs the terms of their participation on the site, and in some cases, as mentioned above, their use of Psych Hub's educational content. What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
