Whether you struggle with anxiety or depression or are trying to cope with a recent change or loss, no concern is too big to work through together. I will provide a safe, comfortable, private space for you to unload your worries, untangle your conflicts, and plan and dream for your future. Most importantly, I will listen to you, respect you, and care about you. I look forward to hearing your story, and helping you craft the next chapter. My practice blends traditional Psychodynamic "Talk Therapy" with aspects of Strengths-Based, CBT, Mindfulness, and Narrative techniques according to each client's needs. I specialize in working with clients impacted by a cancer diagnosis, past or recent grief and loss, and any stressful life changes. I welcome older teens, young adults and adults. As a therapist, my goal is to earn your trust, learn your history, and help you become your best self. We will work as a team to identify issues, set goals, and learn coping strategies. You will have a safe, confidential space to process and make change. I look forward to working with you.
