Let's talk... Taking the first step in seeking help for a personal problem is the most difficult part for many people. However, what makes it all worthwhile is knowing there are well-trained professionals available who can truly help you live a more healthy, fulfilling, and satisfying life. After carefully listenting to your concerns about what is causing you to seek therapy, I complete a thorough mental health assessment and review your entire medical history. You will be provided a confidential, relaxing, and safe discussion platform where we discuss many things. In some instances, we even end up talking about your childhood and past life experiences. We discuss how earlier experiences may still be affecting your current thoughts and feelings. Past experiences really do affect and impact a person's life. In totally confidential and supportive sessions, when you are ready we may also discuss other important events and parts of your life. In these sessions, we will heal some old wounds and strengthen mental resources that you already have. I will then begin to serve as your "life coach". We will discuss and practice special techniques and strategies aimed at aiding and helping you resolve your current concerns. Ultimately, you will be enabled to move on with your life in a new and more healthy manner.
