June Young
The most important thing you should know about me is that I’m genuine. I truly care about your well-being. I provide a welcoming and nonjudgmental environment. Therapy is a partnership that empowers you to navigate through the troubles in your life. I can offer you a safe space to be heard and develop concrete skills to conquer life’s challenges. My approach is simple; I begin treatment by meeting you where you are and provide you with tools to increase your quality of life. I simply approach everyone with the honesty, kindness, empathy, respect, and professionalism that I would want shown to me. I treat my clients as individuals and think of us as equals. I make every effort to learn from my clients as much as I am able to teach them. One final thing I do is I’m able to accept my limitations. If I am unqualified to help you with the issues you are facing, I will do my best to steer you to someone who may be better equipped to address your specific needs. I work with adolescents and adults in a variety of life circumstances. Together by talking, exploring, and replacing old coping skills with new ones we can reroute your situation and build you a life that is worth living. It’s time to be a little selfish and put yourself first. I’m excited to see the potential you have as you take control and live your life on your terms. Call or email me to set up a free 15-minute consultation. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
