I’m a compassionate, skilled, and open-minded therapist dedicated to empowering my clients to identify their goals and providing them with practical skills to achieve success. I help clients reframe their struggles and implement meaningful changes in their lives. Most importantly, I believe that everyone has the capacity to develop a life worth living if given the proper tools. I provide therapy to teens and adults using a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. I view therapy as an opportunity to change one's perspective about their current circumstances, as well as an opportunity to make lasting changes in life. Clients can expect to achieve greater confidence, improved understanding of themselves and their problems, actionable strategies to improve emotional regulation and problem-solving, and a more hopeful outlook on life.
