I view therapy as a collaborative relationship where we work together to work through your goals. When feeling intense emotions you should never feel alone, and I use my skills as a therapist to help you feel motivated and strengthened. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, which means that I will gear my therapy style toward what will help and benefit you most. I care deeply for each of my clients and what they have been through. This allows me to gear therapy on the time frame that will best meet my client's goals to help them work past their trauma. I have many client's leave my office feeling less triggered and overwhelmed by their trauma. Most of all my clients feel supported and listened to knowing that they can freely tell their story. I my goal is to do the same with you.
