As a recovering adult child of an alcoholic, I understand trauma, insecurities, inadequacy wounds, low self-esteem, and patterns of family systems, as well as codependency. My professional background includes running an equine program in a treatment center for four years, as well as workings with families, individuals, and those awesome teens! Addiction, trauma, & CBT is what I work with the most and it's a privilege to walk with clients to reach their goals and see their healing. I believe anything can be said as long as it is said with respect and love. I have a direct approach that is compassionate. Expect a different perspective and understanding. We get to walk through these difficulties together in a safe and healthy way, as well as learn new patterns and approaches.
