I have experience in working with individuals with a wide range of concerns including: anger management, relational issues, substance use disorders, self esteem concerns, Stress management, and various other related issues. My therapeutics approaches are based on your presenting concerns, goals and motivation that includes: cognitive-behavioral, brief therapy, mindfulness, client-centered, solution-focused therapy and always holistic in nature. I am a fan of mindfulness practices and incorporate with whenever possible. I am committed to reducing the stigma of mental illness and I am glad that you have reached out for help and I look forward to working with you.
