It is time for you to be empowered, time for you to leave your worries at the door, time to create a safe space to process your stressors, and redefine your feelings/thoughts/distress. I have been a therapist for over 10 years and believe that therapy is a team approach. You have the voice to work together to create your own new path. Each person is unique and the therapeutic approach should be that way as well. I do not believe in therapy being a "one shoe fits all" approach and as a result I am more of an eclectic therapist. I have worked with ages 4 and up, but my true passion is working with 13 and up.
I use a variety of modalities to include, but not limited to CBT, Mindfulness, Narrative, ACT, solution-focused and EMDR. I have experience working with First Responders/medical professionals, Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorders, trauma, grief, ADHD, and adjustment disorders.

What causes us to remove providers from our site?

We require that providers meet all licensing requirements of states where they offer services. If a provider loses their license, they are removed from our site for that state or service. We also seek feedback from users on providers they find on our site. We investigate significant negative feedback and remove providers if we conclude that to be appropriate.
