I practice cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) using a compassionate, client-centered philosophy. This approach employs evidence-based techniques and tools to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, and related issues in an accepting, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship.
Change takes time. My goal is for the people I work with to feel heard, supported, and able to develop skills to use in their lives and relationships. Personal growth leads to living as the most authentic and best version of ourselves. I look forward to helping you grow.
