Hello! My name is Kim. Have you experienced trauma? Do you feel frustrated and stuck? Do you feel like you end up in the same place, over and over again, and can’t seem to figure out how to stop? Is it hard to love and accept yourself? I help those who struggle with the effects of trauma and who often feel anxious, depressed, and overwhelmed to find peace and healing. We will work together to find the roots of the issues and heal the wounds of the past. We’ll use a strength-based approach to address the whole self – spirit, soul, and body. I integrate cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and meditation to develop a set of tools that you can use to build trust in and learn to love and accept yourself. No matter what you are experiencing – anxiety, depression, feeling overwhelmed – I’m here to help. It can be scary to ask for help, and I am proud of you for making this choice. You deserve to have a safe place where you can begin to heal and experience growth. During our time together, I will provide a model of love, compassion, and acceptance so that you can overcome the hurts, habits, and hang-ups that have been holding you back.
