Do you feel pulled in multiple different directions all at once and struggle to fit everything in? I help people manage anxiety, stress, burnout, depression, and ADHD. Together we can identify the things which are not working for you and get your balance back so you are back in control of writing your story. We will use a whole self approach to address the needs of not just your mind, but your body and spirit. I integrate mindfulness and yoga to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself.
