La uses an integrated approach that includes relational and somatic (body-based) therapies that center Black, Indigenous and other POC, LGBTQIA2S+ [1] Relationship Therapy: Two or more gathered with a therapist to work on communication, connection, and relationship-- Traditional dyads, polycules, families, friends, or frienemies. [2] Neurodiversity Affirming Care: Learn how to thrive without trying to "rewrite your brain" or "cure" neurotype. Turns out, you're not actually broken. [3] Personal Development: Develop confidence and certainty. Deconstruct harm. Rewrite your story. [4] Queer, Trans & Gender Expansive Care: Whether you are exploring your identity or just need to exist without having to answer a bunch of questions, we got you covered. [5] Consensual Kink Affirming Sex and Relationship Care: A community of consent, constant communication, negotiation, and aftercare. [6] Therapy for Therapists: You need a space.
