My approach to providing therapy is relationship-based and holistic. I use a mixture of techniques uniquely tailored to each individual and their struggles. My goal is to help increase your resiliency, support you in clearing hurdles, and build on the strengths you already have within you to reach a better state of wellness. My areas of interest and experience include supporting those struggling with systemic and judicial oppression, trauma, depression, anxiety, family stress, mood disorders, ADHD, and life transitions. I use techniques from CBT/DBT, mindfulness, attachment theory, Brainspotting, neuroscience, and psychodynamic exploration. My guidance and approach are deeply shaped by the perspective I have gained throughout my time living in Texas, Florida, Chicago, and California as well as working with individuals across different cultures and socio-economic classes. I deeply value self-care and autonomy and seek to help my clients find their inner strength.
