I have several years of therapeutic experience and have worked with clients with various concerns, including anxiety, depression, various mood disorders, adjustment disorders, stress, addiction, and family issues. I embrace modalities that include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
