As a registered art therapist, I can guide you through utilizing the modality of art-making to express and explore inner thoughts and feelings that can be challenging to put into words. I also enjoy utilizing mindfulness, CBT, and DBT. Since working as a therapist, what I hear the most from clients is that they feel alone in their struggles and unable to cope with their circumstances.
