As an NP in mental health, I provide care to patient with ages 18 years and older with mental health diagnosis to include but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, PTSD, schizophrenia. Leke consistently provides superb clinical care. obtained a comprehensive relevant health, social, family, medical history and performed a thorough mental evaluation, order laboratory test and make referrals. Leke then synthesis this information to help frame diagnosis and develop a patient centric plan of care. My practice is engaging a holistic approach to care, where I see the patient as a sum of several different moving parts that have to be in unison for the patient to achieve homeostasis.   Leke is committed to delivering quality and holistic care to our customers/family. How do we determine which ones to display?

Rather than make specific provider recommendations, we present options and information so you can make an informed decision on what provider best fits your needs. Where we have multiple participating providers, we present multiple options (and where we don't, we prioritize adding more options to our site over time).
